Partially in thanks to the new wrap-up from Tom’s Hardware, I’m ditching my VisionTek GeForce4 Ti 4600 in favor of a new eVGA GeForce 6800 GT.

I told myself 3 years ago that I’d never again spend $1,400 on video cards in a year. I haven’t upgraded since the day BestBuy had the GeForce4 Ti 4600 in stock, so now I’m giving myself an early Christmas present for being a good boy.
